Chapter 11 is that long?

from ch10 - 12 there is a huge difference in difficulty, and ch11 is suppose to be used for grinding. They expect you to max out all you characters original 3 roles* which all have 4000 CP and up to lv one thing* the last 3 roles ur characters get arent there efficient roles so its 9000 and up just upgrade on thing.... highest is 24k for one lv up
