tax refund? u mean going ot hte VAT and stuff in the airport and getting ur money back lol 

well since you said VAT you must be in europe.  not sure how it's done over by you but in the US they tax you first then sort out the bill later.  for most people a tax refund is in order meaning the government took too much money in the first place and giving us back what we deserve.
