nightsurge, personally I don´t consider the backstory a must...basically it´s Kratos´s against the greek gods, he hates them etc....I won´t get into details....but hey, in my opinion you SHOULD go get GOW collection...it´s $40 and since you like games like that I´d say it´s a must for you.
