Personally I use Lightning, Vanille and Sazh
Hero's charge - COM/MED/SYN (Just for the haste usually)
then switch to Diversity - COM/MED/RAV (I thought that picture of Sazh switching to Diversity was a photoshopped image, I LOL'd after I saw it in game)
Then Relentless Assult - COM/RAV/RAV (after I know I won't die without a healer)
Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos
