Why Halo Reach will outsell Halo 3

For what its worth, I skipped Halo 3, but did buy Halo Wars and was given ODST as a gift. I rented H3 but didnt care for it all that much, but im excited by what I have seen of Reach so far, its likely a day 1 buy for me at this point.
