OT: No, the PS3 isn't the Xbox 360 + Wii. It's the PS3 and it doesn't need anything from anyone else to differentiate itself, it's doing that just fine and has beyond compelling software. I just don't get why these types of threads are created in the first place, they only draw negative responses to one, or more of the console(s) in question.

Wait a minute, I don't want to give the impression that I think the PS3 has no quality games. It has them in spades.

But I think, from the average customer point of view, the PS3 doesn't have as much compelling software as either the 360 or Wii. Software sales prove this point, I think.
