I was joking, but I do think we need to have a system in place to better prepare people for children. That way there will be less unfit parents out there. No child deserves to live in an unfit home(I mean that by alcoholics, druggies, abuse and the like.)

Some of the most famous people of all time have come from poor and/or unfit homes. Sometimes, people have to go through great suffering to overcome and achieve greatness.
