Depends on how well FFXIII sells on the Xbox 360, and whether the engine is coded for the PS3 (yes, I know it's Crystal Tools, but it could've been modified, similar to Splinter Cell's engine, a heavily modified UE2).
Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!
Kojima: Come out with Project S already!
