I expected a LOT less. MW2 has the backing of casuals and had huge marketing and released not only in the holidays, but also managed to scare off every single release into BC2's release date.

Still, BC2 is a huge game. 3 mill X360, 2 mill PS3 and at least 2 mill on PC means +7 million lifetime.

I wonder if there'll be an expansion on disc btw? Or just DLC.

While DICE didn't gimp the game for the PC, they probably won't advance it to the point that it's a totally different game than the consoles. There will be no DLCs for the game though, only free updates for PC owners, and free DLC for console owners (provided they bought the game new).

 

At least that means they'll be free to work on a potential sequel for a certain PC game...
