Of course it'll do better than Halo 3. Halo 3 was apparently the biggest disappointment eva, or so people tell me. Since Halo: Reach will correct all those glaring flaws in Halo 3 it'll struggle to do more than 15M IMO.
I'll put it this way:
Halo with regenerating shields+armour = Disapointing.
Halo with standard health + regenerating armour = Epic.
This is going to be the Epic Halo because my logic is infallible.
