on production value maybe, it does not top Bayonetta in combat, but it is good.

In overall quality, not production values.

Having an amazing combat system is disappointing imo, when everything else isn't as good and the story is absurd.

GoW III is supposed to have one of the most amazing opening sequences ever in video games and the scale of it all is amazing.
