All of those games have very little that they brought to the table let alone stealing old religious stories from DMC as well. |
But GoW perfected the genre and remains at the top of the genre's ladder. The combos aren't that deep until you fully upgrade your weapons, yes..but the puzzles, the story, the epicness of it all and the overall presentation is so much better, imo. GoW is a better complete package.
