I defended Dante's Inferno ( a Crappy yet entertaining game ) from it's clone slogans.
Everyone(*) and especially game Mags ( Crap-pro, Game Misinformer ) destroyed:

The label Clone was wrapped all over these titles, Crap-pro(*) actually went as far as to call Bayonetta a God of War Clone.
I have nothing against God of War ( it's actually the reason I'll get a PS3 ), But how do you call Bayonetta a GoW clone, when GoW is a devil May Cry clone, and DMC was made by the guy that made Bayonetta ( someone explain that please )
Now we have "Move", I think everyone here remembers Sony's response to the Wiimote when it was first introduced.
not to mention the the Wii's first year. Both Sony and Microsoft broke a new hole on the Wii.
And yet i've seen few if any threads or articles shouting "Clone!!!" to the "Move"..... it's just one letter difference "Mote"
