Microsoft says February was the “biggest in Xbox 360 history”

So now MS is using its NPD figures (which only tracks America) to say its basically 'won' February? I take it MS has basically no concern for the rest of the world, since both the Wii AND PS3 outsold it in total sales for Feb.
