Though this probably is a joke thread, i'll go ahead anyways... Your webcam is only going to be used against you if someone somehow manages to install a program or virus on your computer allowing them to control your webcam. With the PS3 this is really a non-issue, as there has been very little done in the realm of "hacking" the PS3, much less creating any sort of virus.
