You sir are the idiot. You fail to understand why they boo'd because you side with the 360 more than the PS3.
I bought my PS3 solely to get this game since I love Final Fantasy games on the playstation before. Its why I got the system just for this moment. But when they announced that it will be on the 360 also, all those people felt betrayed because they were passionate for the game and when you have another foreign fanbase sharing the same game its not the same feeling you had before.
It makes people like me feel the game isn't worth having on the PS3 anymore if I can just buy an inferior version of it on Xbox 360, heck... I can just get a bootleg copy of it since you can modify the 360 and I don't have to pay a dime on the game at all. Nada, nothing.
Also, it was an exclusive game to begin with then Microsoft went to Square-enix and kissed their shoes for wanting the game on their system too.
Anyways, I just want to show you another insight of other players who would feel the same way. As ignorant as some people are, they still will fail to see why FF fans disliked the move so lets put this into another perspective. If I were to show up at your door and begged your wife/gf to leave you for me since i got lots of money. Then she left you and went to me. How would you feel? Would you feel betrayed? yes/no? Or are you telling me your games are more important than your lover?

I'll keep this short and simeple-- that it exactly what you get for buying a system for a game that isn't out yet and doesn't even have a definite release date.

I was going to keep this simple and short, but I'm sorry, on a little further thought, your post just disgusts me.
How does more people getting to enjoy something you love take away from your enjoyment? I don't understand how people can be so elitist that they think only certain people should be able to enjoy something. Since FFXIII went multiplatform more people get to experience and hopefully feel the same love you have for the community.
You think the 360 version is inferior and that's fine that you think that, but you still have the PS3 version. Nothing changed except more people get the game.
This deserves saying again just to make sure you get it. In fact, I'll put it in nig bold red letters just to make you see it.
Nothing changed for you. You bought a PS3 for the game and you still get to play the game on the PS3.
I don't know how to make that any simpler, and you're the one calling me ignorant.
