Barozi basically answered your question, it just means IGN US is lazier than IGN UK.
I did think The Orange Box review was a bit harsh though, only because when I played the game on my PS3 I didn't have any major performance issues.
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
