Of course GTA does but that was never the point.
The point was you claimed that GTA delivered the PS2 over the Xbox when that is bullcrap. Europe was always going to be Sony domiinated, even without GTA and so was Japan. So the Xbox would have been killed by the PS2 in either scenario.
