what a stupid topic , why would anyone think that sony would alienate their hardcore audience.
sony employs more first party devs than microsoft and nintendo combined if anything were going to see lots of hardcore games making use of the gamepad and motion controls and in my eyes i think sony will keep pumping out wicked titles one after another.
having the option of motion controls just makes the system that much more appealing, these are the first titles and yes they are not groundbreaking but in due time we will see some amazing stuff down the line, sony has the ability to take nintendo head on right now with better hardcore games and better motion controls than both nintendo and natal.
please tell me how anyone could play a complicated shooter like bioshock or battlefield on natal, the only console i see fit for hardcore motion controls is ps3.
people will try and find reasons to hate but they have no idea what software is in store for the future , sony already announced a hardcore rts title using the move or gamepad the options are there and the gamers are the ones who win in the end, people would be silly not to invest in the move controls on a stellar console with unmatched developer support
