Yes or no

Yes, which, with the exception of a very small handful, really are not "new" at all. The answer would actually be closer to no than to yes.

How do you unlock them?

They randomly drop as you play. There is no ranking, no experience, no prestige. Just to stop you there before you get any other "bright" ideas.

So if you play a while you get new weapons?

 

While there isnt a leveling system nor ranks you do earn/get new weapons from playing the game. 

So you do earn new stuff, randomly of course.
