OK fine, I'll tell you the truth: fantasy WRPGs don't interest me that much. Tried Fable, Oblivion, Fable II, and my biggest complaints about them is that I don't really like the time period they're trying to portray (medieval age... ugggh) and style of gameplay. With that said, I still greatly enjoyed Dragon Age: Origins for some reason... I don't know why, but I love that game. Maybe because the developer has a good track record? Just saying... But what I said about renting is true though. I will probably still try the game to experience the new Natal controls. But I have a feeling it will be a Fable game (with stapled true English voice overs that I don't appreciate that much, easy like hell gameplay, lore and world that is not that interesting to me, I could go on), and there are not a lot of things I like about Fable. |
I'll tell you why you liked DA:O, BECAUSE IT'S THE BEST GAME EVAR!!!!!!!!
In all seriousness, I agree. I'm tired of mediveal times. I don't mind in Morrowind wherite it truly is fantasy, and not something they just copied and pasted from any J.R.R. Tolkien book. Sci-Fi is way more interesting to me. That being said, I love the Fable series, and Fable III looks to be just as good as II, and hopefully as good as the first, which is still way better than II.
