I highly doubt that's even remotely true. Every company would have gone under if only the 2 HD consoles existed, even Activision. Remember how they posted a loss after the amazing MW2 sales? The only thing that is actually keeping companies afloat this generation are the Wii and, very surprisingly, the PC.

Creators of games like Madwold would siply disagree I would think....now atleast they have more options and chance of sales
