There are minor differences and the Move is better from what I hear but it's essentially a Wii Remote knockoff.
And it may be better, but so far it sounds like it's better in a pretty minor way. It seems like almost anything you can do with Move you can already do with Wii and WM+.
It's the same thinking that the PS3 is more powerful than the 360. Yeah, it is more powerful, but they're pretty much the same.
