How do you know what the system does when you are online? How do you know that Sony or some other company doesnt use the device to record pictures from your home?

It has been done with Webcams. It will be done with this device as well.

so you don't have a laptop with built-in webcam? are you hooked to the internet? do you use a keyboard? they can keep a track of what keys you press did you know that... do you open e-mails? could be scams! do you go out some times? some say the sun is dangerous and the government is after the people...

did you buy your laptop without built-in webcam in purpose?

Why would I buy a Laptop? Those are for free when you work.
