Dunno how this would work. Batman was a success because of how real he made the character (and really the entire story) feel. He made the character connect with people. Any superhero that has actual superpowers would have to be tackled from a different approach. Superman in particular is hardly a regular guy going over and above the call of duty, like Batman and Ironman.
I also find Superman to be an incredibly boring character. The guy is invincible and can fly at damn near the speed of light. To do anything less than save the world here and there with such capabilities would just make him a douchebag. :P
