| The Fury said: You can't reboot something like Superman, especially when the good movies were made back in the 70s, his comic book history is a joke and messed up. He's too powerful, underhanded and shady to do anything with. The Superman Returns movie wasn't (as) successful (as Batman) not only because it wasn't good but because no one was interested and just renaming after Superman's tag line won't help either. Superman is a washed up character from 60 years ago with powers that have been heightened to stupid levels then reduced again with ideals that have been processed into the minds of kids. .. I don't like Superman. |
I'm not a fan of superman either... but underhanded and shady? Superman is the exact opposite, that's why so many people hate him. He's the quientasential "I do the right thing always, and it always turns out right guy" whos better then you at everything. I mean there is a reason his biggest nickname is "The Big Blue Boyscout".
