Right now you have been distracted by the PS Move hype from GDC. But is there basis for that hype? This - http://ps3.ign.com/articles/107/1076599p1.html - says that not yet. I'm not saying thngs can't or won't improve for the Move, just that so far from what I am reading in this and other articles there's more hype than substance to the "It's motion control with HD and a stronger processor".
And it's not just whether the Move is more laggy or not - as has already been previously said, and Nintendo and Wii users have learned over several years, what matters is not the motion controls in themselves, it's all about the actual games and the motion control implementation.
