The thing about wrestling is that it's a perfect style for fighters to use, in fact that's one of it's biggest uses is to tire the other guy out and draw out the fight. It's not good for finishing fights, which you should realize, but it will tire the other guy out and hurt him some.
Also, if you do MT you have probably realized by now that the more explosive fighters wont have nearly as much endurance. If you are talking about Fedor, well he's the epitome of an explosive fighter. He also has a lot of bodyfat, which will really hurt your endurance because every lb of useless weight is another lb that you have to lug around for no gain.
