To be honest I think you are missing the bigger picture. As a 360 fanboy I have read the reviews and understand that the PS3 version is graphically a notch up from the 360 version but have not yet read reviews saying the 360 version is any less good as a gaming experience, only that if you have the option you should definitely go for the PS3 version.
The point of game ratings website is to give you an idea of the broader picture without the need of reading every single review or entirely trusting a single review source.
I think you should always attribute a 5% error margin to review averages anyhow to explain reviewer discrepancies and console bias.
Both games have been given generally positive reviews and will be an enjoyable experience on either console.
