4. lol Versus XIII is an auto above 6 outta' 10 no matter what, cuz' well you know KH-gameplay (we assume) an' a badass 2nd coming of cloud/zack hellz ya, characters are a big thing for me, and how awesome they are, an' i jus ain't feelin teh righteous fury wit dis' one. an' you don't know that if i will or not, it has nothing to do with bias at all btw, i could turn around an' say the same about you wanting/loving this game so much, it goes both ways buddy. :P
That's what's reprehensible in your attitude. You go into games with a formed mind-set and don't rate them for what they are and for what they achieve. I never denied that I wanted this game for a long time, yet you don't see me go "OMFG 11/10 everywhere!!!11!!!". It's all about the pace and what each individual chapter achieve, not what I wanted them to achieve.

5. huh? never said it was lousy, and as far as i can tell so far, calling it a JRPG at this point of the game im in would be an overstatment, reminds me more of action adventure game. i'll say it now though, for a "RPG" game ... its decent. so far anyway, im playing chap 4 as we speak. could change for the good or for the bad ya know? :P
Ahahahah, action adventure game? I see. I guess that every RPG that you play that deviate from standardized patterns is not an RPG. As I said, close-minded mentality. I could direct you to a couple of RPG's that don't play anything like a common RPG, but you could find them easily by yourself.

If you look into this thread, you'll see that there are also some diverging opinions on FFXIII so far, yet, you're the only one that's rating FFXIII unjustly, because you wanted the game to be "perfect", knowing oh so well that it would never be perfect for you, given your mind-set for it in the past months. That's what I'm talking about and that's the double standards that you're using. Anyway, my point has been made clear and I don't think I'm alone on this, but I'll leave you to yours ways ;)
