Yeah its about time the international is getting all the quests that are already available from the Japanese DLC a year ago. :)
Hopefully the patches are not only the quests but also the new binding weapons that was in the Japanese patches as well.
BTW - as a figurine collector myself. i find that WKC figurine looks very cheap. :/
