PS3 Stock issues in NA and UK continue thought march ?

Distribution is clearly not even across all regions.

While I've mainly been seeing 250GB SKUs over the past month, I did see a few 120GB SKUs at Target in Daly City (SF Bay Area) when I was doing some shopping. It was on a Sunday, so they must have had them in stock for at least a couple days.
