Why are recent games screwing up simple things?

That may not be much, but who cares anyway ! There are battle on moving titans and the sense of scale is unsurpassed.

Oh and it is foolish to to think Bayonetta is even in the same league as GoW. GoW is so much better that its funny...
The only area Bayonetta can "pwn" GoW is the combat, and that too is not by much while GoW is so much better in terms of story, graphics, sense of scale, soundtrack, and by the looks of it, boss fights.

Agreed!, Bayonetta is just a knock-off, while God of War is the real deal. But, hey, if you like women with glasses running around with gun shoes ( and I mean who doesn't  ) then thats just your tastes buddy. God of War is in a league all by itself when compared to other hack-n-slash games. 

I'm thinking DMC came out before GoW. Its hard to say that Kamiya knocked off the game that knocked off his original creation.
