The whole Core thing I think is just an honest mistake on Wal-Mart's part. I think they really mean Arcade but have confused it with the old Core name. Notice how it says that it includes a wireless controller (also pictured on the ad) and 256 MB of memory. The Core came with a wired controller and it didn't come with 256 mb. So yes that is indeed an Arcade. Though before you plan on buying it, you should check out the box yourself in-store.
