why would it delay it? just change the name! + SONY hasn't official announced the final controller or name anywaz.

I have rea somewhere that they tried to patent the arc name and if they cant use it then they will have to go back and try and find a new name that is appealing and not taken by soe one else. It´s not that easy to find another name that would fit the product and at the same time have consumer appeal.

I am not saying that MS will succeed but i think thats what they are aiming for, to disrupt sony´s plans and hopefully cause a delay.
