How many lopped off heads does it take to get to Zeus?
March 8, 2010 - By now, you've hopefully read my God of War III review. One cool thing included in the game that I'm always glad to see is a stat screen that tells you how long you've played, how many times you've died, and, best of all, how many people/creatures/things you've killed.
Before you see the stats and become disappointed at the playtime total, know that it's not based solely on the clock and doesn't include load times that happen after you die. Also, these stats are based on what I had at my last save spot in the game, so you can tack on another 20 minutes or so of playtime to that (plus one kill, of course). I'd guess that the actual length was closer to about 10 hours for me.

After doing some complicated algebra on these numbers with the help of my accountant (Windows Calculator), I've broken down these stats a little further.
Kills Per Hour: 214.32
Kills Per Minute: 3.45
Time Per Kill: 17.35 Seconds
Orbs Earned Per Minute: 168.72
Orbs Earned Per Second: 2.81
Brutal Kills Per Hour: 7.86
Brutal Kills Percentage: 3.66%
Kills to Death Ratio: 47 to 1
