actually i'm still waiting to hear from anywhere what the "saccrifies" are in order to have games like grand tourismo 5 run in 3D... cause evidently there is more calculations to do and so resources to allocate... so either GT5 is greatly underperforming the PS3 hardware, or there is something that I am missing....
Also the articles only seem to indicate compatibility with Sony 3D TVs... I hope that's not the case. Then again, if sony's tech does not requier the full reprocessing of the image (as in the NVIDIA 3D... which basically drops your framerate by 2), then this would explain the possibility of PS3 3D with lower resources.... it needs to be explained though.
