everybody is speaking about 120Hz because is double the normal rate of NTSC witch can produce the 3D stereoscopic effect. but in PAL regions like my country the double of normal rate is 100Hz (witch my TV is capable). so in here 100Hz is also capable to produce the 3D stereoscopic effect? right?
