Sony PS3: 3D gaming via firmware update release before Summer!

A couple of questions:

1- Would a game like FIFA only be in 3D? Can I switch on/off 3D in such a game? Or will Sony be providing 2 copies of FIFA (standard copy and 3d Copy)?

2- Any idea how much a 3D TV would cost? for example a 40 inch Full HD TV?
