I do have my favourite platform, of course, everyone does. But I'm not closed minded, both have their advantages and disadvantages and I won't diss something without a valid reason that I've found evidence for.:p

@squall

I've built tons of computers and took apart and built a fair few different gadgets and gizmos in my time.

Taking apart my xbox to fix the RROD its pretty easy to see its mostly held together with plastic clips and half of the box is actually empty and just bits of plastic. The disk reading and fan noise is so loud I can happily use my worn out surround sound amp while playing because the xbox covers the high-pitched noise of the dodgy power supply on the amp (like the noise of a fridge but higher pitched). With the console having a 58%+ failure rate I would call that poorly made, Microsoft wouldn't have extended the warranty if they didn't face class action lawsuits and had to cover up the worst failure rate of a console ever!

When the PS3 clock bug hit in I decided to dismatle my PS3, clean it and clear the CMOS battery to reset the clock. The PS3 is well built with solid casing and the components fite the box suprisingly well, it looks built to last.

So explain to me how the 360 isn't  a poorly made plastic toy compared to the PS3?

I think its a valid reason to want a game on one system over another because of the quality of the machine, the noise it produces when running and the fact that the PS3 version is a superior quality product, no Fanboi BS about it. :)

If this were something like the Orange Box or Bayonetta I'd recommend getting it on the 360.

Edit: just to add put a fair few hours into the 360 version now and it seems great. Nothing ugly about it apart from maybe one or two poor textures, although they could be just the same on the PS3 version. Nothing wrong with the sound either, playing it in 5.1 and while its still not quite as crisp as say Heavy Rain it still sounds great (totally different sound styles mind).
