Do you recommend FFXIII to a RPG hater?

but the graphics of FFXIII seems really good .So i m  kinda intrested,What do you say?should i just skip it?

If all you care about it graphics, knock yourself out.

graphics are just as important a part of game design as any other. Technical achievement is a critical tool to providing immersion and bringing worlds to life. 

Combined with art design, environmental design and proper artistic direction, graphics can make a game a far better experience. Those that say otherwise are just as ignorant as those who imply that game play doesn't matter.
