The profit are never in the hardware, it is in the software, but still, i think it is too low for even the X360 Arcade.
The PS2 was selling at U$130 for a while, but it took a long time AFTER it was released. Even the cheap Game Cube was selling at U$99 at a loss for Nintendo.
