The last thing I heard was thet it was planned for a European release, but I have no idea if CING's bankruptcy would affect Nintendo's localization.

Yeah, I heard it was supposed to come to Europe in August or something... Seeing how it's published by Nintendo, I assume it'd be somewhat likely if it would still come out. Then again, where exactly would the money made off the game go, if the developer doesn't exist anymore?

I suppose we'll have to wait and see, there's bound to be some official statement sooner or later.

The rights to the game will probably be sold off to help pay off their debt as part of the bankruptcy process.
