No, they don't have to do any dividing.
They've already made separate teams for these Natal games.
For instance, they hired the Wii head-tracking guy. So, the teams they have that make "core" games will continue to make those games.
Lord knows what rare will be doing.
The ponit is, instead of dividing the teams they have now, they're creating new teams.
