Is Halo Reach looking like it'll have the best campaign since Halo 1?

Halo CE IMO is the best campaign halo 2 was a big let down halo 3 was an improvement and odst was a great improvement making it 2nd only to CE. Now if it goes this route then halo reach should be as fun as halo CE or better.
