I seriously doubt they'd make a 20gb. It would be cheaper, from what I've seen, to make it a 120gb than a 20gb.
I think those bundles look a bit cheap. I can see the Elite being cut $50, getting a bigger HDD AND getting bundled with Natal for free.
Similarily, I think the Arcade version with Natal for $180 is a bit cheap also.
