In my area their arent many places to buy Ps3 so many are forced to buy them online. If you go to the 2 most popular places to get them....Amazon or Bestbuy they are always sold out so dont act like their arent shortages. Most people dont search around to find things they either put it off or get something else.

Yes i believe they really are that fickle. Hey I love video games as much as the next guy but im not gonna act like casuals dont keep the market going. What makes the wii sell like hotcakes.......parents. Dont act like their are a huge amount of 20 somethings buying them on a weekly basis.......at least compared to older parents for their kids. Now if these parents go to bestbuy or amazon and dont find a Ps3 what do you think they are gonna do? They will either try to get something like it (Xbox360) or put it off. Im not saying this happens in all cases but im sure it happens alot. Most parents arent gamers,,,,,they are just trying to appease their annoying ass kids. I know this is a huge generalized statement but you cant act like its not somewhat true.
