Seriously, you haven't had american pizza until you've eaten pizza around Cleveland. 


Funny, a chain in Finland called Koti Pizza won the award in 2008 or 2009.They even had the cheek to call it berlusconi after the italian prime minister made some dubious remarks about finnish cuisine. :p
