| MikeB said: @ kaneada They site most of the items as the Gamespot article, but display a biased toward the PS3 version of the game. Surprisingly Gamespot, whom is known for their 360 favoritism, wrote no mention of the commonly cited version difference. I'm quite impressed they reserved judgment and decided not to advocate for one version of the game over another. I don't understand. The PS3 version is clearly better and you are impressed they didn't write about it like they did in the past when a PS3 port was worse? |
Perhaps it speaks to Gamespot's bias that they did not favor one over the other, but I think its a step in the right direction that the gaming press reserve personal bias when the flaws are negligable. In the case of this game, the flaws on the 360 version aren't that huge that I would consider it worthy of a lower score or a flat out bias.
My signature should speak to which system I obviously favor, but I'm also not a journalist in the gaming industry which gives me the right to a bias. Plain and simple, the PS3 needs no defending when discussing its superiority so why bold face, underline, and size 20 font that fact? Let the flood of awesome games, both past and present, speak for itself.
