Resistance 3 should be a mult-platform tiitle. Here is why.
Resistance : Fall of Man = 3.67m. Launch title and bundled.
Resistance 2 = 1.82 m. PS3 user base much bigger but this game did not sell very well at all.
Huge drop in sales and Resistance 2 was supposed to be a much better game than Resistance. What happened to the sales?
Resistance 3 IMO would actually sell more on the XBox 360 which sells shooter games.
Any one of the three publishers could publish the game as multi-platform.
